    GEW in France What will Happen ?

     

    500 events are planned in France today !!!

     
    • AFIC – CroissancePlus – 100 000 entrepreneurs: a large conference will gather students, researchers, entrepreneurs and investors.
    • 100 000 entrepreneurs : each day, entrepreneur will meet students in schools to share their experience
    • ACFCI: every chamber of commerce and industry will organise at least one events
    • Advancia: the school is organising events (conference, networking… ) all week long
    • APCE: information about GEW on the website
    • APM : the 227 business clubs in France set up special meeting for GEW
    • ASMEP: is preparing some entrepreneurs sucess stories to be released during the week
    • CGPME : mobilizes its network (1.500.000 SME) to organise at least one networking event during the week 
    • CJD: 102 CJD business clubs in  France, Tunisia, Maroc and Quebec City will organize networking events
    • CNJE : composed of 120 student clubs in France will organised cocktails and conferences to celebrate entrepreneurship
    • EM Lyon : is organising The Mondial Forum of Entrepreneurship this week
    • Entreprendre pour Apprendre: Award ceremony of the best student entreprise of France
    • Ernst & Young : is organising the Entrepreneur of the Year award
    • ESCP :more than 20 events will be organised during the week
    • ETHIC: November the 17th « I love my company » day will be organised and on november the 22nd a run will be organised
    • Experts Connexion: will organise a conference on November the 17th
    • France Angels: Business Angels week : 1 day-1 city and a National Business Angel Award on November the 19th
    • Jeunesse et Entreprises: is organising conferences and workshops on November the 18th
    • MEDEF : School – Entreprise week (in 2006 519 events, 130.000 participants)
    • Réseau Entreprendre: Networking events will be organised  in the 36 Entrepreneur clubs in France

    Events will take place in many cities accross France to reach the largest audience as possible

     
    • The association Créativallée Nord pas de Calais will lead 80 events during the week in partnership with some other association : CJD, Entreprendre pour Apprendre, l’Edhec, la Catho, APM, Réseau Entreprendre, l’APIM, le pôle Universitaire Lillois, Les Maisons de l’Entrepreneuriat…
    • Nantes : the Salon des Entrepreneurs (Entrepreneurship fair) will took place during the week
    • Marseille: Salon des Micro entreprises (Small Business fair)
    • Nice – Côte d’Azur: more than 20 events will be held and among them « Les Entrepreneuriales »
    • Lyon, Strasbourg, Mulhouse & Metz are willing to take part to GEW by organizing some events

Speed Network the Globe

Networking is a skill that serves everyone—whether they ever consider starting an entrepreneurial venture or not. Organize a speed networking session in your community and enable local young people to sharpen their networking skills—talking to each other, local entrepreneurs, potential investors, community leaders, or anyone else interested in learning from – and sharing with – others.
