Each year, Inc. magazine comes out with its list of the 5,000 fastest growing companies in the United States. During this year's Inc. 500 | 5000 conference in Washington, DC, a number of the entrepreneurs stopped by to have their photos taken as part of the "Dear Future Entrepreneur" series.

The following is a note from Robert Fogarty, the founder behind Dear World: 

"We listened to and photographed some amazing people who run awesome companies. They almost all had a no kidding, I love doing what I do attitude and wanted to share their messages to future entrepreneurs."

That is exactly the message that we are delivering through Global Entrepreneurship Week, so GEW president Jonathan Ortmans (above) took part in the series, encouraging people everywhere to unleash their ideas.
