Greece is an economy where entrepreneurship is desperately needed in the dire times the country is facing, at least it seems so when we take a closer look at the Global Entrepreneurship Week Policy Survey results that were published earlier this week.
Nevertheless, the energy and endless motivation of Greek organizers calls for optimism: “We highly believe in the creative and innovative minds of the Greeks, and we believe we could instigate a new start for the Greek economy. We have made it our responsibility to reach out to our extensive network and make a national call for a time of change” - said Carla Tanas amidst the preparations leading up to GEW.
In addition the country’s government seems to have recognized the crucial role of entrepreneurs in revitalizing the business scene and so they eminently support the 5th annual conference of Global Entrepreneurship Week in Greece hosted by the Federation of Hellenic Associations of Young Entrepreneurs (O.E.S.Y.N.E.), organized by MSCOMM Communications.
A number of mobilizing events are scheduled to happen in the country this week under the umbrella of GEW Greece 2012, one of which truly serves as an example - the high-impact "Game Changers Generation We” conference (14th-16th November).
