Cape Verde Receives Government Support

Cape Verde has put their small county on the GEW map this year receiving the support of the federal government at nearly every level. The Prime Minister of Cape Verde, José Maria Neves, said in a statement:
"We want a visionary, innovative and entrepreneurial youth. With strong entrepreneurial skills, Cape Verde can build a modern, competitive, fair, and inclusive growth with opportunities for all. I wanted to ask all young people to accelerate entrepreneurship and to participe in Global Entrepreneurship Week."
Additionally, the President of the Republic, Jorge Carlos Fonseca, said:
"Young people, the country is yours, and the present and future of Cape Verde are in your hands. Participate in Global Entrepreneurship Week"
